Every morning I try to have a smoothie. It’s an easy way of getting all my fruit and veggie servings before the day starts to really unfold and I want to eat bread or noodles instead. This morning I went for a simple and filling drink.
- 1 red apple
- 1 banana
- 1 cup spinach
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 1 cup water
- 6 ice cubes
Blend all ingredients and enjoy. I usually top it with chia seeds and goji berries.Taste of this smoothie might really surprise you, as it did for me. All the ingredients blend really well into a sweet yet slightly tart, refreshing and super healthy drink. I like to rate my recipes and I would give this one five stars and I wouldn’t post it if it wasn’t delicious.
